Privacy and your choices

Optional website analytics

With your permission, we use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand page visits, reference-package download-link clicks and clicks to contact the council. These measure website interactions; they do not measure downstream agent or LLM use of originators’ assets.

Analytics is off until you select Allow analytics. Each website stores its own choice in your browser for up to 180 days. Rejecting has no effect on access. Use Cookie preferences below to change your choice. We honour Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track by keeping optional analytics off. With JavaScript disabled, optional analytics stays off.

After opt-in, Google receives browser/device and interaction information and may set first-party analytics cookies with an expiry bounded by your choice. We send the page origin and path without query strings or fragments, fixed page labels and fixed interaction categories. We do not send council email contents, form inputs, agreement terms, protocol evidence or account identifiers to website analytics. Advertising consent remains denied and our tags disable Google signals and advertising personalisation. Google's automatic enhanced measurement is disabled for these sites.

Withdrawing permission disables collection, removes accessible Google Analytics cookies and reloads the page. It does not delete data already received by Google. See Google's privacy policy for its processing and international data practices. Contact us to discuss requests relating to previously collected information.

Hosting and fonts

Cloudflare hosts and protects these sites and processes technical requests, including IP addresses and security signals. The sites request fonts from Google Fonts, which receives the technical information needed to deliver them. These requests support site delivery and are separate from optional Google Analytics. Council correspondence

Contact and council forms collect the details you provide, including your name, email and message. Council applications also ask for your public LinkedIn profile, reasons for applying and intended contribution. Cloudflare stores submissions for the Foundation to review and respond where appropriate. Email correspondence is handled through our email provider. We use these details only for enquiries and council participation, not marketing. Share only what is needed for that purpose. Ask us about access, correction or deletion using the contact address above. We retain correspondence while needed for those purposes and applicable obligations.
