The Odexa Foundation is active. Our council and formal protocol governance arrangements are still developing. We want different perspectives to shape a fair, open web and practical ways for originators to participate in its value.

We welcome expressions of interest from people with experience in publishing, business, open standards, data governance, agent systems, economics and public-interest technology.

Tell us about your experience, the perspective you would bring and the part of our mission you would like to contribute to. We value thoughtful participation and a willingness to work through practical questions together.

We review applications as capacity allows and may not be able to respond to every applicant.

What we are developing

• A mission and charter that protect openness, originator choice and provider neutrality.
• Clear council appointment and decision processes.
• Disclosure of commercial affiliations and conflicts of interest.
• An open contribution process and evidence-based release criteria.
• Stewardship that can continue as contributors and service providers change.

These are commitments guiding the work. We do not yet claim established independent governance of an adopted protocol.
